Damages & Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging and shipping all orders. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number so we can assist you. Claims submitted after this time frame may not be eligible for review. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or normal wear and tear.

Chargeback Risk

If we receive your order and there is a chargeback risk within your payment method, we will fully refund your order. We will NOT accept your order due to ongoing false chargebacks that can result in us getting our site taken down. False chargebacks will have you permanently blocked from ordering from us again.
